The Don'ts of Worry, Stress and Anxiety

Are you still worried about the coronavirus pandemic?
Has it been bothering you for a long time? Are you worried about what's next? Answering "yes" to each question is the correct answer because we cannot yet drop viruses. Life has been difficult for many of us due to the pandemic. So, some things can make our life easier.

Don't worry about tomorrow. Anxiety is something that comes to mind. It refers to negative thoughts or uncertainty about the consequences of impossibilities. So worrying it may be a waste of time and energy.

Matthew 6:34 says, "So don't worry about tomorrow, because tomorrow will bring its worship. Today's hardships are enough for today." (New Living Translation)

Are you paying attention to what is being posted?
Saying "don't worry about tomorrow" and "don't worry". It means you. But, you don't have to worry about tomorrow alone. Our concern must be with the present.
After that, don't let stress get you down. Stress is a person's natural response to an external situation or change that poses a threat. Under stress, the body becomes active and ready to fight the menace. When facing stress, it can help to find something that brings us happiness.

The writer of Psalm 119:143 finds joy in God's commandments, ("I rejoice in God's commandments when pressure and stress overwhelm me."). But we can find happiness in things other than religion. Despite the pandemic, we can find happiness in family unity, in health, in work that provides the necessities of daily life, or in sharing our abundant resources with others in these difficult times. It is impossible to find the source of happiness around us if we only look.

Finally, don't worry. "Anxiety in a man's heart makes him depressed, but a good word cheers him up." (Proverbs 12:25, New King James Version).

Anxiety is a mental and physical experience. This includes a lot of anxiety and stress that can lead to mental illness that makes people suffer. There may be a lack or loss of interest or enjoyment in life. Life seems worthless to a worrier.

Do not sit here during an anxiety attack. Do yourself a favor and distract yourself. It helps to listen to good music. Of course, the warm and encouraging words in the song can raise the spirit.

Remember that you can overcome the negativity that causes worry, stress, and anxiety. To a certain extent, it is helpful to make us better. He is a problem solver by solving them on time. Talent and opportunities are being discovered. With awareness comes a healthier and more refined version of yourself.
