Stop multitasking
A study in phycology states that the Zeigarnik effect states that your brain tends to remember incomplete tasks more than completed ones, so when you multitask, your mind will be nudging other functions that need to be done at the same time. So try to focus on the task at hand and try to ignore the rest. When one is done, you can start the other, one task at a time.
Physical exercise
This is undoubtedly a very effective tip and is good for everyone. Exercise helps your body systems, you would be surprised to know how exercise helps to revitalize and help your body systems to work and give you the immunity you need afterward. No matter how busy your work schedule is, find a way to incorporate exercise.

This is another stress relief strategy. Have you ever heard of Neuro-Linguistic Programming? It's actually a communication model that trains your mind to think productively. For example, if you have a lot of work to do, you will see this as an opportunity to challenge yourself and improve your time management skills.
Cut back on perfectionism
This is especially important if you are an "A" personality, you can fall into the trap of perfectionism. In reality, there is no such thing as perfect, but the type of person who would like to be perfect in everything they do. This type of person will work all the time but will never feel satisfied with the work done and will always feel stressed to achieve perfection. Instead, try to be successful.
